Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor / Inside Sales Executive to handle prospective parent inquiries, counsel parents about our school programs, conduct follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
Understand parents' requirements and provide appropriate information about school programs.
Counsel parents and guide them through the admission process.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Schedule and coordinate school/hub visits for prospective parents.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Provide a positive and professional experience to parents throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
Mandatory experience in school admissions, education counseling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales/admission targets.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Own laptop is mandatory.
Comfortable working Monday to Saturday from the Pune location.
Candidates with experience in school admissions or EdTech sales will be preferred.
