IAM Identity Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Saviynt Implementer with 6+ years of expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements, along with hands-on experience in integrating with enterprise systems, managing configurations, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Saviynt Platform – Detail technical understanding of how Saviynt platform engineering works and how rules and logics are built.
AD/AAD – Detail understanding of AD domains and logical structuring and AAD as a tenant.
Role governance – Detail understanding of how Identity role engineering works in context to Saviynt as a platform and AD-AAD group’s membership.
Exposure to MTO (Multi-tenant organization feature from Microsoft) as a capability.
Design, develop, and deploy enhancements for ARS, SoD, and Recertification workflows.
Configure entitlement governance (RBAC/SODs), access reviews, and attestation processes.
Collaborate with product teams to onboard applications and improve automation/self-service capabilities.
Maintain high code quality and operational integrity across all deliverables.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Saviynt solutions.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in complex environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of audit controls, compliance, and IAM governance models.
