We provide the brand, tech stack, playbook, and marketing engine — you bring the hustle, local network, and execution power to scale.
Role & Responsibilities
Own and operate your regional franchise territory — recruit, train, and manage a micro-team of content creators and local ambassadors.
Drive monthly content output and social growth KPIs using our playbook, templates, and dashboard tools.
Build relationships with local businesses, colleges, and influencers to fuel content partnerships and monetization opportunities.
Report weekly on performance metrics, customer feedback, and opportunity gaps — with agile course correction.
Co-create new content verticals or formats with HQ based on local market demand and trends.
Represent the brand in your region — uphold tone, quality, and community standards across all outputs.
