Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement and exit processes
• Lead talent acquisition and hiring across multiple departments
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee guidelines
• Manage employee performance, KPIs, appraisals and career development
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and compliance requirements
• Work closely with management and department heads on workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive company culture
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and other HR operations
• Support organizational development and training initiatives
• Ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across teams
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
✅ Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✅ Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven organization
✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
