WE’RE HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER – BANGALORE 🚨
CYSEC Global is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in the Conferences, Events, Exhibitions or B2B Events industry who can take ownership of end-to-end event operations and ensure seamless execution of our conferences across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end operational planning and execution of conferences and events
• Coordinate with venues, hotels, suppliers, production teams, vendors and event partners
• Lead pre-event, onsite and post-event operations
• Manage event timelines, checklists, logistics and operational budgets
• Coordinate stage production, branding, AV, booth setups, registration and delegate areas
• Work closely with Conference Production, Delegate Acquisition, Sponsorship and Marketing teams
• Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of all event requirements
• Conduct venue inspections and coordinate venue requirements
• Oversee onsite teams and ensure smooth event-day execution
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and make quick decisions during live events
• Ensure all event deliverables meet CYSEC Global's quality standards
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for CYSEC Global events
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in conference/event operations
✅ Experience specifically within the B2B Conferences, Events or Exhibitions industry is mandatory
✅ Strong experience managing large-scale conferences and corporate events
✅ Excellent vendor and venue management skills
✅ Strong leadership and team-management abilities
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
✅ Willingness to travel internationally for events
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
