Are you someone who knows how to turn brands, agencies and relationships into revenue?
We are looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships & Media Sales Executive for a leading media organization to drive revenue through its growing Instagram and digital media platforms.
This is a sales-driven role — NOT a marketing role.
The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the advertising, media, digital, influencer or brand ecosystem and enjoy meeting clients and agencies to close business.
🔥 What You’ll Do
• Acquire advertisers for Instagram & digital platforms
• Build strong relationships with media agencies, influencer agencies & brand marketing teams
• Meet agencies and brands regularly to identify opportunities
• Sell Branded Content, Sponsored Campaigns & Integrated Partnerships
• Generate opportunities across Reels, Carousels, Stories, Live & special content series
• Sell integrated campaigns across Social Media, Website, Newsletters & Events
• Create customized proposals and negotiate commercials
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with editorial, creative & social media teams for campaign execution
• Track campaign performance and present post-campaign reports
🎯 We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in Digital Media Sales / Branded Content / Advertising Sales / Social Media Sales
✔ Strong network among media agencies, digital agencies, influencer agencies or brands
✔ Proven experience in generating and closing advertising/business partnerships
✔ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
✔ Strong business development and relationship-building abilities
✔ Willingness to spend significant time meeting agencies and brands outside the office
✔ Target-oriented and revenue-focused approach
📍 Location: Mumbai & Delhi
