Graphic Designer – Digital Team

Mind & Matter is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Digital Team. We are looking for someone who has a strong visual sense, understands digital design, and enjoys creating engaging content for brands and social media.
Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience and recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools to generate ideas, explore visual concepts, enhance designs, and create more engaging graphics and creatives.
Ability to use AI tools as part of the creative process for ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and content enhancement.
Good understanding of social media design and digital creatives across different platforms and formats.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new design trends and tools.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Who Can Apply?
Recent graduates/freshers from Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields with a strong portfolio.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment.
Candidates should be comfortable exploring AI tools and emerging creative technologies to develop fresh, engaging, and innovative visual content.
