Who are we hiring?
The Accounts Payable Analyst will follow AP processes and support the implementation of new systems and vendor relationship strategies. The Accounts Payable Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in accounts payable operations and plays a key role in ensuring process efficiency, accuracy in vendor aging, and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.
What will you do?
Oversee timely reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.
Maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Monitor AP aging and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate accruals are recorded.
Review and enhance AP procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
Support training and development of AP team members.
Participate in month-end and year-end close activities.
Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
Collaborate with Vendor Management and other departments to ensure vendor information is accurate.
Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?
4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems required.
Strong understanding of vendor management, and statement reconciliations.
