Talent Acquisition Manager

The organization operates as a remote-first marketing agency experiencing rapid growth. It addresses the challenge of scaling talent acquisition effectively to support expanding marketing, sales, creative, and operations functions.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Talent Acquisition Manager role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle, directly influencing the organization’s growth rate. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a proactive hiring pipeline across multiple departments to ensure timely recruitment and operational continuity.
3. Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8–12 roles annually across paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations
Source candidates using platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and specialized agency communities
Conduct first-round screening calls and candidate assessments
Coordinate interview processes, reference checks, and offer logistics
Build and sustain a bench of pre-qualified candidates
Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention
4. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first business
Proven ability to fill roles within 30 days
Strong written communication skills suitable for an asynchronous work environment
Comfortable managing both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment candidate screening
US-based with availability during 9am–5pm Central Time core hours
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 plus bonus per successful hire
