About the Role:
We are looking for a Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer to take ownership of a meaningful area of the product from end to end.
This is not a traditional ticket-driven engineering role. You'll be expected to look at product data, identify what needs improvement, build the solution, launch it, and monitor its impact.
You'll work across the stack using TypeScript, contributing to both the creator-facing frontend and the backend systems that power content tracking, rewards, and payouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a product area from development through production and become the go-to engineer for it.
Use product data and user behavior to identify opportunities and prioritize what to build.
Build and ship full-stack features using TypeScript.
Work across frontend and backend systems.
Monitor features after launch and continuously improve their performance, usability, and reliability.
Identify, investigate, and fix technical problems, including issues outside your immediate area of ownership.
Write clean, readable, maintainable, and scalable code.
Consider system performance and scalability as usage grows.
Use AI-powered development tools as part of your everyday engineering workflow.
Take full ownership of problems and drive them through to resolution without waiting for someone else to step in.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong full-stack TypeScript development experience.
Proven experience building and shipping production applications used by real users.
Strong frontend and backend engineering capabilities.
Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to write maintainable, scalable code.
Experience owning features or product areas from development through launch and ongoing improvement.
Ability to use data and product metrics to inform engineering and product decisions.
Experience monitoring and improving products after launch.
Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of your regular development workflow.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with payments, payouts, financial systems, or other workflows where accuracy is critical.
Experience building for creators, marketplaces, social platforms, or high-traffic consumer products.
Experience working with systems that process significant transaction or event volumes.
Experience with application performance optimization and scalability.
