Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for a Creative Production Intern who wants to learn how real-world shoots, events and video productions come together.
This is a hands-on role.
You’ll work with our team across events, corporate shoots and other video productions, helping take a requirement from planning to successful execution.
What you’ll work on
• Coordinating photographers, cinematographers and other crew
• Helping plan event and shoot coverage
• Preparing schedules, briefs, references and shot requirements
• Coordinating crew, equipment and on-ground requirements
• Supporting the team during shoots and events
• Making sure important moments and required content are captured
• Communicating updates between the production and creative teams
• Managing footage and production data
• Ensuring footage is properly transferred, organised and handed over
• Coordinating with post-production after shoots
• Helping solve last-minute production challenges
• Supporting the team wherever required to make the production happen smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, responsible and creatively curious.
You don’t need years of experience.
You do need the attitude to take ownership, communicate confidently, learn quickly and figure things out.
You should be comfortable working on-ground at events and shoots, including early call times or extended production hours when a project requires it.
An interest in filmmaking, photography, events, advertising or content production is a strong advantage.
