Salary Range: $70,000 -$83,000 per year.

What You'll Do
As Community Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team leadership of the community. You'll be responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue while ensuring residents receive an outstanding living experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Approves all prospective resident applications, discounts and renewal leases, and signs all leases
Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
Responsible for promoting a quality living experience for all residents
