We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant with a strong track record of successfully delivering multiple NetSuite implementations and deep expertise across core business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Manage and configure business processes across:
Order to Cash (O2C)
Procure to Pay (P2P)
Record to Report (R2R)
Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design.
Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, roles, forms, and other system components based on business requirements.
Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reports.
Lead user acceptance testing, training, data migration, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support.
Ensure implementations follow NetSuite best practices and meet business and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
Multiple successful NetSuite implementation projects with hands-on implementation experience.
Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into NetSuite configurations and solutions.
Strong understanding of ERP and accounting/finance processes.
Experience with testing, data migration, user training, and go-live activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite certifications are a plus.
Experience with NetSuite integrations, SuiteScript, workflows, and reporting.
Experience working with multi-subsidiary or multi-location environments.
Experience in both implementation and post-go-live optimization/support.
