Position: Teamcenter PLM Developer / BMIDE Developer
They are seeking a hands-on PLM Teamcenter Developer to support the ongoing development, configuration, deployment, and enhancement of its Siemens Teamcenter environment. This resource will work closely with business and technical teams to develop and implement PLM solutions that support engineering, product data, CAD, documentation, BOM, and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and enhance Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
Use BMIDE (Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment) to configure and develop Teamcenter data models, business objects, properties, relationships, and other customizations.
Perform BMIDE deployments and promote Teamcenter changes through development, test, and production environments.
Support and enhance Teamcenter CAD and Documentation functionality.
Work with EBOM/product structures and related Teamcenter BOM processes.
Support Color BOM and product configuration requirements.
Develop and implement solutions supporting engineering change management and change control processes.
Analyze existing Teamcenter functionality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work through an existing backlog of Teamcenter enhancements, fixes, and development initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, product development, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical Teamcenter solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter configuration and development issues.
Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of Teamcenter solutions.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience developing and configuring Siemens Teamcenter.
Strong experience with BMIDE, including the ability to develop and perform deployments.
Experience with Teamcenter CAD and/or documentation modules.
Experience working with EBOM and complex product structures.
Experience with Color BOM or color/variant-related BOM structures.
Background in engineering change management/change control within a PLM environment.
Ability to work hands-on in an existing Teamcenter environment and independently execute enhancements and deployments.
Strong understanding of PLM processes and engineering/product data.
Preferred Qualifications
Teamcenter ITK development experience.
Active Workspace (AWC) experience.
Experience with Teamcenter integrations and CAD systems.
Experience with Teamcenter workflows, business rules, and customizations.
Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or consumer product development environments.
Experience working in an environment with an established Teamcenter implementation and enhancement backlog.
