Role Description The Executive Vice President will provide strategic leadership for Gemini’s business, setting long-term vision, defining priorities, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve growth and product adoption goals. This full-time remote role includes overseeing product and go-to-market strategy, guiding innovation across AI capabilities, and ensuring that offerings meet the needs of enterprise and individual users. The Executive Vice President will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive execution, optimize resource allocation, and deliver measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior leaders, reviewing key performance indicators, representing the organization in external partnerships and executive-level discussions, and fostering a culture of ethical AI development, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a strong industry position.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills: executive-level strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, organizational development, and stakeholder management.
Business and financial acumen: experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
Product and technology understanding: familiarity with AI, software or platform businesses, product lifecycle management, and innovation strategy.
Go-to-market and growth capabilities: expertise in market analysis, business development, partnerships, and scaling enterprise and consumer offerings.
Communication and relationship-building: strong written and verbal communication, executive presentation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Governance and ethics: understanding of privacy, security, regulatory landscapes, and responsible AI or technology practices.
Relevant experience: significant senior leadership experience in technology, AI, or digital platforms; prior C-suite or EVP responsibility is highly beneficial.
Education and additional qualifications: advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred; experience leading remote, globally distributed teams is an advantage.
