The Role: Content Production Intern
We’re looking for a Content Production Intern to help bring our social engine to life. You’ll work alongside the marketing & product team to brainstorm ideas, spot opportunities, and help produce content across our social channels, getting hands on experience with everything from creative development and production to launches and social strategy. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, plugged into the internet, has that dog in them, and is excited to learn by making things.
This will be a semester long internship program with 3 days a week in person at our New York City, NY office from January to April 2027.
Responsibilities:
Edit guest segment recordings into podcast episodes formatted for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube
Clip 2-3 moments per stream for use on X
Sit in the stream room during live broadcasts as a live producer, spotting standout moments in real time and clipping them
Run live stream graphics and on screen elements during the broadcast
Track trends, internet culture, and industry news to help pitch stream titles and topics
Collaborate with the social team on distribution strategy for each piece of content once it's produced
Qualifications:
Pursuing an associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree in any relevant field
Genuine interest in media production, livestreaming, and internet culture
Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
Comfortable working live, under time pressure, in a room where things move fast
An eye for what makes a moment clips and text engaging
Organized enough to manage multiple deliverables (podcast cut, clips, graphics) from a single stream
Has that dog in them
Genuine interest in finance, crypto, and prediction markets is a plus
Pay Rate: The hourly pay rate for this role is $32/hour in the State of New York. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
In the United States, we offer a hybrid work approach at our hub offices, balancing the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Expectations may vary by location and role, so candidates are encouraged to connect with their recruiter to learn more about the specific policy for the role. Employees who do not live near one of our hubs are part of our remote workforce. All employees, however, are required to onboard in-person at one of our office locations.
