Fenergo is a global financial technology company specializing in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC), regulatory compliance, client onboarding, and financial crime risk management solutions for financial institutions.
ZEVRYNT, a subsidiary of Fenergo, is establishing operations in Nashville, Tennessee, with a focus on digital assets, cryptocurrency short-term options, financial derivatives, and related digital financial products.
Responsibilities
Lead the financial strategy and overall financial operations of ZEVRYNT.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and cash-flow management.
Partner with executive leadership on corporate strategy, capital allocation, investments, and key business decisions.
Establish financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk-management frameworks.
Provide financial oversight for digital assets, cryptocurrency options, derivatives, and related financial products.
Manage tax, audit, banking, treasury, and external financial relationships.
Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Requirements
15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, fintech, banking, investment management, or financial services.
Substantial senior financial leadership experience, preferably as a CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance, Finance Director, or comparable executive.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, corporate finance, and risk management.
Experience with fintech, capital markets, digital assets, cryptocurrency, derivatives, or trading businesses is preferred.
Proven ability to build and scale financial operations, teams, or new business units.
Excellent leadership, financial analysis, strategic decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
