Role Description This full-time remote Internship Trainee role offers practical exposure to digital business operations and online brand management. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with social media content creation, basic data entry and documentation, and coordinating with team members on ongoing projects. The trainee may support customer inquiries, help track orders or services, and contribute ideas to improve the online customer experience. The role is designed to provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and an introduction to IT-enabled services and e-commerce processes.
Qualifications
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet tools and social media platforms.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear messages and collaborate with team members.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle tasks efficiently in a remote full-time setting.
Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and adapt to new tools and workflows.
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision and maintaining professionalism in remote work.
Interest in IT, e-commerce, or digital marketing; prior academic exposure or projects in these areas are beneficial.
