About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our technical infrastructure. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 3-7 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations. A strong background in AI-native workflows and automation is essential, demonstrating the ability to incorporate AI tools into daily operations to enhance efficiency and quality. Candidates should have extensive familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with a solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills are necessary to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Preference will be given to those with experience in AI implementation engineering or software development, which will support our technical teams more effectively.
Responsibilities
Design and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development and deployment, ensuring scalability and security.
Implement and oversee security protocols to safeguard proprietary AI workflows and sensitive client data, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Automate internal business processes, including CRM and CMS platforms, to reduce manual efforts and improve operational efficiency.
Utilize AI tools daily for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variant creation, and quality assurance, fostering an AI-native workflow culture.
Collaborate closely with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with company milestones and objectives.
Manage procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software assets for a global, remote workforce, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
