About The Role
Flexzo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to serve as the technical backbone of our organization. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker and technical leader who can architect and oversee our internal infrastructure, ensuring it is as innovative and reliable as the solutions we develop for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern IT practices, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration, with a proven ability to lead and manage complex technical environments.
The IT Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient internal systems that support our remote and global workforce. This role requires a proactive approach to security, automation, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Every aspect of this position involves AI-native workflows, from infrastructure monitoring to security audits, making AI an integral part of daily operations.

Qualifications
Experience of 3-7 years in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations within a fast-paced environment.
Proven expertise in utilizing AI-native workflows to improve operational speed, security, and quality as a standard practice.
Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages, including Python and Shell scripting.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, especially in dynamic, cross-functional startup settings.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred experience in AI implementation engineering or software development to better support technical teams.
Responsibilities
AI-Driven Infrastructure: Design, build, and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development and deployment, ensuring scalability and security.
Security & Compliance: Implement and oversee comprehensive security protocols to safeguard proprietary AI workflows and sensitive client data, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Operational Excellence: Automate internal business processes and platforms such as CRM and CMS to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency across teams.
AI Native Workflows: Utilize AI tools daily for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variant creation, and quality assurance support, embedding AI into routine operations.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with company goals and milestones.
Asset Management: Oversee procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software assets for a remote, global workforce.
