HR/People Enterprise Design & Pilot Partner — Retention Intelligence

We’re looking to work with a select few currently employed HR/People professionals as early Mindpex Design Partners.
This could include CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR Heads, HR Managers, HR Business Partners, People Partners, People Operations leaders, Talent leaders, or other HR/People professionals who are currently working in an organization and directly experience employee retention challenges.
We’re preparing to launch the beta version of Mindpex, and before taking it more broadly to market, we want to put it into the hands of real HR/People teams and understand how well it works in the real world.
As a Design Partner, you’ll get access to Mindpex for a short period at no cost and use it on real-world retention situations within your organization.
We want your honest feedback — what works, what doesn't, what is missing, what use cases actually matter, and where the product needs to improve.
This is an early beta. It will have gaps and things that need to be improved. That's exactly why we're looking for Design Partners.
We'll work closely with you throughout the process, learn from your experience, and iterate on the product based on real-world use.
If the product demonstrates meaningful value, we can then explore a paid commercial pilot with your organization.
We're looking for people who are genuinely willing to use the product, work with us, and help shape what Mindpex becomes.
