Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune City. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and support channel partners across assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential and existing clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating prices and contracts, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent the company at trade events and customer meetings to strengthen Trimurti Corns’ market presence.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
Basic understanding of FMCG, food processing, or agribusiness markets; prior experience in B2B or channel sales is an advantage.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage pipelines and customer information.
Comfort with on-the-ground travel within assigned regions, visiting customers, distributors, and partner locations as needed.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, resilience in meeting targets, and a customer-centric approach to service and support.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of local languages and English; familiarity with Pan-India distribution dynamics and export processes is a plus.
