Role Description The Chemistry Faculty (CBSE) will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students from classes 11 & 12, with a focus on CBSE curriculum and exam preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, clarifying core concepts in Physical and General Chemistry, conducting regular tests, assigning and evaluating homework, and providing detailed feedback to students. The faculty member will support students through doubt-clearing sessions, one-on-one guidance where required, and ongoing performance tracking in coordination with the academic team. Additional duties include contributing to curriculum enhancement, preparing study materials and practice papers, and participating in parent-teacher interactions as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, with the ability to teach CBSE classes 11 & 12 effectively.
Experience in Curriculum Development for school-level Chemistry, including lesson planning, assessments, and learning resources.
Ability to conduct academic Research to update teaching content with current trends and best practices in science education.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
Prior teaching or coaching experience in CBSE Chemistry, preferably in a coaching center or school setting.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and student mentoring skills.
Comfort with using teaching aids, digital tools, and structured testing systems to support learning.
