Founding Partner (Equity Partnership)

This is a partnership, not employment. There is no salary. You build and own a share of your own business, with Arkscale Ventures as your operating partner.
Who this is for
People who can sell a service and want a company of their own. You've closed deals before, you know a market, and the only thing stopping you is everything behind the sale.
What we put in
At least $100,000 of services in return for equity: incorporation (UK, US or UAE), banking and payments, CFO level finance strategy, legal and contracts, brand and website, CRM and automation, delivery team, and the entire back office with a monthly board review.
How it works
1. Launch: brand, website, email, systems and contracts live within days. You commit to at least three months of focused selling against simple weekly targets.
2. Prove: clients contract through our company while the business proves itself. Profit is shared from the first sale and paid monthly.
3. Incorporate: at an agreed profit milestone, the business becomes its own company and you become a shareholder.
4. Scale: we add team, markets and banking relationships as it grows.
