📍 Location: Borivali (West), Mumbai
🎯 Experience: 0–3 Years
Experienced recruiters + Smart & enthusiastic Freshers are welcome!
Preference: Candidates from Mumbai’s Western Line
What You’ll Do
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS & other platforms.
Screen and coordinate candidates for mid to senior-level positions.
Build talent pipelines and manage candidate relationships.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and TAT.
What We Look For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sourcing and networking ability.
Recruitment / Executive Search experience preferred, but smart freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Target-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
