Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands performance marketing and can manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Understanding of Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
Basic understanding of SEO & Google Business Profile
Working knowledge of WordPress
Understanding of website landing pages and conversion optimization
Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Good understanding of digital marketing strategy and audience targeting
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Generate and improve quality leads for clients
Monitor campaign performance, budgets and KPIs
Conduct audience and keyword research
Coordinate with the creative and social media team
Suggest strategies to improve website traffic, leads and conversions
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing may also apply.
