Our customers are enterprises. When a regulator or auditor asks them to defend a number, the platform has to hold up. Quality is therefore the product.
The role
You will build the automated test suite that decides whether we ship. Failing tests block merges and deployments, and you tell leadership each week whether a release is ready.
This is a founding-team role. You set the quality standard rather than inherit one.
What you'll own
Test automation with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Cucumber (BDD), running in CI so failures block merges
Manual testing: test design, exploratory, regression and UAT, with defects tracked to closure
API testing across module contracts, with Postman or Rest Assured
Tests for what matters most to our customers: tenant isolation, audit records and human confirmation of AI output
Release readiness: a go or no-go view on each release, and a weekly one-page quality report to the CEO
Defect triage and sprint tracking in Jira for the quality work
What you'll bring
3+ years in software QA, with hands-on automation in Selenium, TestNG and Cucumber
Automated tests you have run in a CI/CD pipeline that block failing merges
Strong manual testing and defect management
Jira beyond ticket updates: boards, workflows and sprint reporting
Professional written English, and confidence reporting to senior leaders
An ownership mindset in an early-stage team
Helpful, not required
Enterprise, ERP or regulated-industry platforms
SQL for data validation
Playwright or TypeScript
