🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team across the assigned state.
Drive business growth and achieve state-level sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Expand and strengthen the distribution network.
Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetration.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct regular market visits and support the field sales team.
Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.

Distributor / Dealer Network Management
State-level Sales & Team Management
