UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs.
Understand user requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
Develop user flows and interaction designs.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams.
Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback.
Ensure consistency in layouts, colors, typography, and design elements.
Review the final product to ensure it matches the approved designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and design practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic or strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with development and product teams.
Portfolio or academic projects in UI/UX is preferred for freshers.
Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio are preferred for experienced candidates.
