Presales Executive

Role Description The Presales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable interior solutions that align with The KariGhars’ offerings. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, preparing and following up on proposals and RFPs, coordinating product and service demonstrations, and supporting the sales team with accurate project information. The Presales Executive will maintain detailed records of client interactions, collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions, and provide timely responses to customer queries. The role also includes contributing to sales presentations, assisting in pricing discussions, and supporting a smooth handover from presales to project execution.
Qualifications
Strong sales and presales abilities, including experience in interiors or real estate.
Demonstrated lead management capabilities, including Lead Generation and prospect qualification.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging professionally with clients and internal teams.
Basic understanding of interior design or home improvement services is an advantage.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software).
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple opportunities, and meet timelines and targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
