Executive- ZED assessment

We’re Hiring | Executive – ZED Assessment Projects
Markek International is looking for an Executive – ZED Assessment Projects to join our team at Vasai, Maharashtra.
We are looking for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in Quality, QMS, ISO Certification, Auditing, Compliance, Inspection or related fields.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting ZED assessment projects, coordinating with assessors and MSME clients, monitoring assessment quality, maintaining project data and MIS, and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate with ZED assessors and MSME clients
• Support the end-to-end ZED assessment process
• Review assessment reports and supporting documentation
• Monitor quality and completeness of assessments
• Maintain project data, trackers and MIS
• Follow up on pending assessments and documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support achievement of project targets and timelines
Candidate profile:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other management system certification frameworks
• Experience in quality, QMS, ISO consulting, certification, auditing, inspection or compliance will be an advantage
• Good documentation and report-writing skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with targets
• Willingness to travel for project requirements
Prior ZED experience is not mandatory. Candidates with relevant ISO, quality or management-system experience who are willing to learn the ZED framework are encouraged to apply.
