Quality Assurance Executive

We’re Hiring | Quality Executive
Markek International is looking for a Quality Executive to join our team at Vasai, Maharashtra.
The role will primarily involve reviewing assessment files submitted through our portal, checking the quality and completeness of documentation, maintaining data and supporting the quality-control process for assessment projects.
This is a good opportunity for candidates with experience in Quality, QMS, ISO documentation, auditing or certification-related activities who are looking to build their career in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review assessment files and documentation submitted on the portal
• Check files for completeness, accuracy, consistency and quality
• Verify supporting documents and identify gaps or discrepancies
• Coordinate with relevant team members/assessors for clarification and corrections
• Maintain daily data and trackers using MS Excel
• Support internal quality-control and documentation processes
• Prepare basic MIS and status reports
• Follow defined quality procedures and timelines
Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
• Experience in quality, documentation, auditing, certification, inspection or compliance will be an advantage
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with accuracy and meet timelines
Prior ZED experience is not required. The selected candidate will receive appropriate training on the ZED assessment process and our internal quality-review requirements.
Compensation:
₹3.00 – ₹3.60 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
