Role Description The 2D & 3D Artist Intern – Hyderabad role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support the creative team by contributing to 2D and 3D asset creation for cinematic visuals, product showcases, and motion graphics projects. Day-to-day tasks may include modeling environments and props, applying textures, refining lighting setups, and assisting with rigging and animation preparation. The intern will collaborate closely with senior artists to iterate on visual concepts, maintain project consistency, and ensure assets are optimized for production workflows. This role offers hands-on exposure to studio pipelines, creative feedback, and the opportunity to build a strong portfolio within a professional, international studio environment.
Qualifications
Strong 3D Modeling skills, with the ability to create clean, efficient assets for environments, characters, and products.
Proficiency in Blender for asset creation, scene setup, and basic animation workflows.
Foundational skills in Texturing and Lighting to achieve realistic or stylized visual outcomes as required by the project.
Basic understanding of Rigging principles to prepare assets for animation and ensure smooth deformation.
Interest or experience in 2D art, illustration, or concept design to support storyboards and visual development.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow established art direction and style guides.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, and manage multiple tasks in a production environment.
Relevant coursework or training in animation, game design, visual effects, or related fields; a portfolio showcasing 2D/3D work is highly beneficial.
