Position Overview
As the first point of contact for prospective sponsors, CROs, and clinical research organizations, the Sales Development Representative will drive Endpoint Clinical's growth engine — identifying and engaging the right accounts, qualifying opportunities, and setting up the Business Development team for success.
Responsibilities
Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Conduct discovery conversations to identify study needs, business challenges, and sales opportunities.
Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development representatives.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline data.
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
Share market intelligence and customer feedback.
Success Measures
Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) booked and held.
BD acceptance rate of meetings.
Qualified opportunities created.
Pipeline value influenced.
CRM data quality and process compliance.
Experience
2+ years in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
Strong communication, prospecting, and qualification skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated .
Skills
Experience in life sciences, CROs, clinical research, eClinical, or IRT/RTSM.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes.
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
$50,000 - $80,000 a year
