🎓 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
💼 Experience: 5–6 Years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing*
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Execute manufacturing activities as per approved BMR, SOPs and GMP requirements
Handle day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of batches
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per SOP
Ensure compliance with GMP / WHO-GMP / Schedule M
Perform and document in-process checks and manufacturing parameters
Maintain proper production records, logbooks and documentation
Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and PPIC
Ensure proper dispensing, weighing, charging and processing of materials
Monitor yield, reconciliation and batch processing activities
Ensure proper cleaning and line clearance of manufacturing areas/equipment
Report deviations and abnormalities to the concerned department
Follow safety, hygiene and environmental requirements
🔹 Candidate Profile:
5–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production
Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices
Good understanding of BMR/BPR and production documentation
Experience in handling manufacturing equipment and production processes
Good team coordination and communication skills
Candidates with experience in Softgel / Oral Solid Dosage / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing will be preferred
