Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Solar Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships and generating sales for solar products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through dealers, installers, EPC companies, solar developers and C&I customers.
• Promote and sell solar modules, mounting structures, inverters and other Balance of System (BoS) products.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers and develop repeat business.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities in Delhi NCR and nearby markets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate internally with warehouse, logistics, accounts and technical teams for smooth order execution.
• Follow up for payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Maintain regular sales pipeline and customer follow-up reports.
• Visit customers and project sites whenever required.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience in Solar Sales is mandatory.
• Experience in solar modules, inverters, mounting structures or other solar products will be preferred.
• Good understanding of the Delhi NCR solar market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
Experience: 1–5 years in Solar Sales
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + performance incentives
Joining: Immediate / Early joiners preferred
