Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 years (B2B Sales / Training Sales preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development Executive to drive growth for our training division. This isn't just a standard sales role—you’ll take end-to-end ownership, from hunting and closing B2B deals to strategy, planning, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Growth
Drive end-to-end sales for certification programs (ISO Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, Lead Implementer).
Prospect and convert individual and corporate (B2B) leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
Build a strong pipeline and identify new industries and markets for expansion.
2. Strategy & Marketing
Execute targeted email campaigns and build organic engagement on LinkedIn.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, campaign messaging, pricing, and positioning.
Track sales metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates.
3. Program & Operations Coordination
Coordinate directly with trainers and participants for smooth delivery.
Manage LMS registrations, update training materials, and organize webinars.
Oversee exams, evaluations, feedback collection, and timely certification issuance.
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably B2B or training/certifications).
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns.
End-to-end execution capability: You can comfortably balance target-driven sales with operational coordination.
Self-starter mindset: You take ownership of revenue targets, bring fresh ideas, and follow through from lead generation to post-training delivery
