Key Responsibilities
. Manage day-to-day site administrative activities and office operations.
. Maintain site employee attendance, leave file, and site manpower data.
. Manage petty cash, site expenses, and prepare expense statements.
. Process vendor bills, invoices, and coordinate for timely payments.
. Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, and material inward records.
. Ensure proper documentation and filing of site-related records.
o Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
. Assist in budget tracking and cost control at site level. .
. Support audits by providing required site financial and admin documents
o Maintain worker data along with the contractor registered & their respective workers.
o Maintain statutory compliance data of contractors.
SKILL
o Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
o Good communication and coordination abilities
. Attention to detail and accuracy
Highest Education Qualifications - Any Graduate
