ISIEINDIA | Charging Careers is looking for a B2B Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore.
🔹 Position: B2B Executive
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email & networking
• Identify and connect with corporates, colleges, institutions & training organizations
• Conduct client meetings, presentations & business discussions
• Manage leads from prospecting → follow-up → proposal → closure
• Build and maintain strong client & industry relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project execution
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM/Excel records & regular activity reports
• Achieve monthly & quarterly business development targets
• Represent ISIEINDIA at exhibitions, conferences & industry events

✔ Strong communication & presentation skills
✔ Confidence in cold calling & field sales
✔ Good negotiation and follow-up skills
✔ Ability to independently manage the B2B sales cycle
✔ Comfortable with client meetings & local travel
✔ Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, LinkedIn & Email
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
⭐ Added Advantage: Experience or network in EV, Automotive, Technical Training, Skill Development, Renewable Energy or Education.
