About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Cluster Manager to manage day-to-day operations across multiple vending machine locations in Bhopal. The role involves managing ground-level operations, field teams, machine performance, inventory, and ensuring smooth execution across the assigned cluster.
This is a field-oriented operations role suited for someone who enjoys working on the ground, managing people, solving operational problems, and taking ownership of day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across multiple vending machine locations in the assigned cluster.
Monitor machine performance, sales, availability, stock levels, and operational metrics.
Manage and coordinate with field staff, refillers, and other ground-level teams.
Ensure timely refilling and availability of products across machines.
Track attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline of team members.
Regularly visit machine locations and ensure machines are operational, clean, and properly stocked.
Identify and resolve operational and technical issues at the ground level.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability of stock.
Handle escalations and ensure operational issues are resolved within the required timeline.
Conduct regular audits of machines, inventory, and field operations.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports and share performance updates with the central team.
Who We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in operations, field operations, store operations, logistics, retail, or team management.
Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Food Delivery, Retail, or similar field operations will be preferred.
Prior experience managing field staff or ground-level teams is a plus.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Comfortable with field work and travelling across Bhopal.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Willingness to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation
₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
Important: This position has a fixed salary budget of ₹16K–₹22K per month. Candidates looking for a salary significantly above this range are requested not to apply.
