Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop media plans, coordinate campaigns, and support overall digital strategy. The position also involves staying updated on social media trends, platform features, and competitor activity to continuously improve content and performance.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage, optimize, and grow brand presence across platforms.
Media Planning skills to design and execute effective social media campaigns and coordinate content schedules.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent posts and responses.
Ability to analyze social media metrics, use insights for improvement, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with major social platforms, basic design tools or content creation applications, and current digital trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within a creative or agency environment.

• Plan and execute social media content across platforms

• Create engaging captions, posts, stories and reels
• Develop and maintain content calendars
• Monitor trends, hashtags and competitor activities
• Coordinate with designers and content teams
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and formats
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of relevant social media experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Creative mindset with strong knowledge of social media trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
