Role Description The Art Director – Creative will lead the visual and conceptual development of campaigns and brand assets for a range of clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon , where the Art Director will collaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing teams to create integrated, on-brand visual solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, supervising graphic design and layout, guiding branding and visual identity projects, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves presenting ideas to stakeholders, providing clear feedback to creative team members, and refining designs based on input and strategic objectives. The Art Director will also stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep the work innovative and relevant.
Qualifications
Strong creative direction and art direction skills, with the ability to lead concept development and guide overall visual tone.
Experience in branding and visual identity, including developing logos, brand systems, and consistent design guidelines.
Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including hands-on expertise with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Demonstrated ability to translate marketing and business objectives into clear, engaging visual communication.
Relevant experience in an agency or in-house creative environment, with a portfolio showcasing campaign work and brand projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Role & Responsibilities
* Develop strong visual concepts and creative directions for digital campaigns.
* Lead visualisation and translate creative briefs into compelling visual ideas.
* Create concepts for social media, digital advertising, brand campaigns and other digital platforms.
* Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Designers and Account teams.
* Develop mood boards, layouts, storyboards and campaign visual directions.
* Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language and overall creative quality.
* Stay updated with the latest digital trends, design styles and emerging visual formats.
* Present and communicate creative concepts effectively to internal teams and clients.
* Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final execution.
What We’re Looking For
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in an advertising/creative agency.
* Strong visualisation and conceptualisation skills.
* Excellent understanding of digital advertising and social media creatives.
* Strong eye for design, composition, typography, colour and visual storytelling.
* Ability to think creatively and develop fresh, engaging campaign ideas.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns and visualisation work.
* Proficiency in relevant design and creative tools.
