Role Description The OTA Executive role at GrowVista is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The OTA Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing hotel listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring accurate content, competitive pricing, and consistent availability across platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring and updating room inventory, rates, and promotions, coordinating with hotel partners to align online strategies with on-property revenue goals, and analyzing performance data to recommend improvements. The role also involves handling OTA-related queries, maintaining strong relationships with partner platforms, and collaborating with internal teams on campaigns that enhance visibility and bookings. The OTA Executive is expected to maintain high attention to detail and uphold brand standards across all online channels.
Qualifications
Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), channel managers, and hotel distribution systems.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret booking trends, pricing data, and performance reports.
Knowledge of revenue management principles and basic understanding of digital marketing in the hospitality sector.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for reporting and data tracking.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
High level of accuracy, organization, and time management to handle multiple properties and platforms.
Prior experience in hotel reservations, sales, or e-commerce roles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate in a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
