We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, functional consulting, customer support, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
Handle customer issues, troubleshooting, and functional support with a strong focus on timely resolution.
Participate in and manage Odoo version upgrades, including impact analysis, testing, and post-upgrade support.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepare test scenarios, coordinate with customers, and ensure successful sign-off.
Deliver Odoo user and key-user training and prepare relevant training/documentation materials.
Work closely with technical/development teams to communicate functional requirements and validate delivered solutions.
Provide effective customer communication and consulting, both verbally and in writing.
Manage multiple customer requirements and priorities while maintaining high service quality.
Support customers remotely according to their official working hours and be willing to work onsite when required by the client/project.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience in Odoo implementation and techno-functional consulting.
Strong understanding of Odoo business workflows and modules.
Proven experience in implementation, customer issue resolution, UAT, training, and Odoo upgrades.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness and flexibility to relocate/work onsite when project requirements demand it.
For remote engagements, willingness to maintain availability aligned with the client's official working hours.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Odoo 18 or Odoo 19 certification will be a strong plus.
Experience working with GCC/Middle East customers is an advantage.
Experience managing multiple Odoo projects or customers simultaneously is preferred.
