RecruitiX is looking for a commercially minded professional to support our next stage of business growth through a 3-month project combining business strategy, growth planning, and business development.
The objective is to develop a practical growth roadmap and help turn it into measurable commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a practical business strategy and business growth plan.
Review market opportunities, target segments, service positioning, and revenue models.
Build a client acquisition strategy and identify potential business opportunities.
Support business development, lead generation, strategic partnerships, and client engagement.
Establish a 90-day action plan with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Ideal Profile
Experience in business strategy, business development, growth consulting, or commercial planning.
Strong market research, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action.
Experience with startups, consulting firms, or professional services is an advantage.
Engagement Details
Duration: Initial 3-month project.
Work arrangement: Freelance / project-based, with remote flexibility.
Compensation: Applicants are invited to propose their professional fee, preferred payment structure, and scope of deliverables.
Future opportunity: Potential to continue as a Business Development Manager or strategic growth partner, depending on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement.
