Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce on-brand visuals across digital and print channels. You'll design scroll-stopping social media content and polished, print-ready materials, and keep our brand consistent everywhere it appears.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design social media posts, stories, reels cover, carousels, and ads for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create print-ready materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, posters, signage, packaging, and vehicle or apparel graphics.
• Prepare production files correctly: CMYK color, bleeds, crop marks, resolution, outlined fonts, and proper export formats.
• Develop and maintain brand assets, templates, and style guides, including reusable Canva templates for the wider team.
• Turn briefs, rough ideas, and copy into clear, engaging visual concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to meet campaign deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors, review proofs, and check final print quality.
• Manage multiple projects at once, revising designs based on feedback.
• Stay current on design trends, platform formats, and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showing both social media and print work.
• Proficiency in Canva (including Brand Kit and template creation), Figma, and CorelDRAW.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent tools).
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid understanding of print production: color modes, bleed and trim, resolution, and file formats (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG).
• Ability to work to brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas.
• Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and openness to feedback.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (reels, animated posts) using tools like CapCut, After Effects, or Canva Video.
• Experience with photo retouching and product photography editing.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and what drives engagement.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• Knowledge of wide-format and large-scale printing.

• In-office role.
• Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (relocation/commute required).
COMPENSATION:
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
