Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day outreach and growth activities in a remote internship role. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, responding to inquiries, and nurturing potential clients through clear and professional communication. The intern will help promote Steva’s services and content across digital channels, contribute to basic sales campaigns, and provide support to the marketing team in tracking engagement and feedback. The role may also involve gathering customer insights, preparing simple reports, and coordinating with team members to improve customer experience and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and team members
Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive relationships
Basic Sales skills to assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and promoting services
Interest in Training and Sales Management to learn structured sales processes and support team initiatives
Ability to work remotely in a self-directed, organized manner and manage time effectively
Enthusiasm for digital marketing, web design, and online business growth
Familiarity with social media or basic marketing tools is an advantage
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
