Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power the LawyerLinked platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring secure, scalable application performance. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality features, debugging and resolving issues, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring active engagement with the local team and participation in sprint planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills to design APIs, manage databases, and implement business logic.
Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development capabilities to integrate front-end and back-end components into cohesive, reliable applications.
Candidates should have proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar), along with experience using RESTful APIs.
Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and basic DevOps concepts such as deployment pipelines and monitoring.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, on-site environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
