Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at LawyerLinked, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web application features that power the legal expert matching platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will work on building responsive user interfaces, implementing secure and performant APIs, managing data models, and integrating third-party services as needed. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall system reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, where you will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help continuously improve development workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in front-end development (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS) and building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Experience in back-end development (e.g., server-side languages, RESTful APIs, database design and optimization using SQL/NoSQL).
Knowledge of full stack application architecture, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and maintenance.
Familiarity with security best practices, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and performance optimization in web applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and translate product needs into technical tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building or integrating platforms in legal, professional services, or marketplace domains is a plus.
Commitment to writing clean, testable code and using modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, code reviews, testing frameworks).
