About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive who is energetic, organised and genuinely interested in building a career in HR.
You’ll work closely with the management and HR team across recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR operations.
What You’ll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
Manage interview schedules, offers and joining follow-ups
Maintain candidate and employee records
Support onboarding and documentation
Maintain attendance, leave and basic HR reports
Assist with daily/weekly HR reporting
Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements
Help build and maintain HR processes and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in HR can also apply
Good English & Hindi communication
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Energetic, organised and willing to learn
Someone who can take responsibility instead of waiting to be told every step
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with Naukri / LinkedIn Recruiter
Basic knowledge of HRMS
Experience in bulk hiring
Basic understanding of HR Operations
